The violations of law in the “Vrachanski karst” reserve are mainly related to three illegal activities:
   
    - Pasturing domestic animals in the reserve;
   
    - Cutting down trees and obtaining fallen wood mass;
   
    - Destruction of information signs and marking of the protected area.
    To the present time the following indictments have been drawn up for administrative violations:
   
    2003:
   
    Two indictments have been drawn up for cutting down trees and one indictment for pasturing of goats in the reserve.
   
    2002:
   
    One indictment has been drawn up for obtaining of fallen wood.
   
    2001:
   
    Four indictments have been drawn up for cutting down trees in the reserve;
